DPR Construction Inc. DPR created an internal Intranet communication system called the DPR Toolbox, which includes a Management Committee blog, internal messaging, and the DPR Wiki (an open forum that allows employees to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned with their peers). Anyone can edit, modify, or add content to it. The Toolbox also incorporates the Learning Center, a tool for enrolling in classes online, evaluating progress toward the goal of 80 training hours a year, and more.
