Mane Event: Executive Coaching Straight from the Horse's Mouth

::i::Training::/i:: editor Margery Weinstein learns that it isn't all oats and hay when it comes to teambuilding exercises on a dude ranch.

Last August, Training editor Margery Weinstein traveled to Hudson, WI, to observe and participate in Wisdom Horse, a program that uses guided interaction with horses to teach corporate employees, most often senior executives, about their work style.

As you'll see from the story that follows, the program helped Margery learn a few things about herself, and even gave insight to a few ephiphanies: she learned how to better defend her corporate "pasture" and how to get cocktail guests (even ones without hooves) to pay attention.
