For years people have wondered whether training professionals actually have a separate budget for technology-based training purchases. While many industry pundits have provided a range of guesstimates over the years, we added the question to this year's report to address it formally. The data's in, and about one-quarter of companies do indeed have a separate budget for technology-based training purchases. The larger the organization, the more likely that separate budgets exist. By industry, it's clear that separate budgets were far more common in several sectors.
