Nationwide Leader Connection is a two-day workshop for supervisors and managers who have been in their position one year or less. It's an opportunity to share expertise and learn from peers in the following areas: building an environment of trust, feedback, networking, coaching conversations, and developing direct reports. Emerging Leaders is a year-long program designed to increase participants' leadership effectiveness through monthly meetings and team presentations. Participants also build a mentor relationship with a current company leader and learn about themselves through a behavior assessment. BP
