>> SkillSoft PLC released SkillPort 7.0, the learning management system (LMS) for SkillSoft's e-learning solution. The technology features a redesign of the user interface designed to enhance usability for both end users and administrators, while new configuration options also were built into the product to enable organizations to tailor the look and behavior of their system.

>> Lisa Orrell, a generations relations expert and speaker, and author of "Millennials Incorporated," teamed up with executive leadership coach, Camille Smith, president of Work In Progress Coaching, to create the "Transitioning to Leadership Program: How to Effectively Move Your Gen Y Employees Into Leadership Roles," a two-phased program for Millennial employees and their employers that includes workshops, seminars, and coaching.

>> ESI International launched a free Online Glossary. Using the "Dictionary of Project Management Terms" by J. LeRoy Ward, PMP, PgMP, ESI International executive vice president, as its base, the online reference tool makes the book's definitions of more than 3,400 terms, acronyms, and organizations available from any Web-enabled device.

>> ADP Employer Services launched a suite of talent management solutions through its relationship with talent management software provider Cornerstone OnDemand. ADP says this represents an expansion of its global talent management solutions by allowing it to offer performance, succession management, learning, compensation, enterprise social networking, reporting, and analytics.
