Discover how to apply each step of the Instructional Story Design process to create a story-based course in Articulate Storyline. Using a performance-based approach, you will design instructional stories that support skill development and build engaging, story-driven training without video. You will develop practical Storyline skills using both built-in and custom templates.
- AI for Learning Design Certificate Program. Artificial intelligence (AI) is changing how we design learning. This program gives you a practical, structured approach to using AI across the learning design lifecycle. You will work through real exercises, building confidence and capability with each topic. Using the ADDIE framework, you will move step-by-step from understanding what AI can do for L&D…through hands-on prompt engineering…to applying AI directly to the analysis, design, and development work you do every day. Some basic familiarity with AI tools is expected.
- Learning Measurement and Reporting Strategy Certificate Program. Learn how to create your own measurement and reporting strategy, including the selection and use of the most appropriate measures and reports based on the new ISO standard for L&D metrics. Identify the 10 most important measures for your programs and the 15 key measures for your department, including how each is defined, calculated and used, reported, and when each should be used.
After completing a certificate program, you will receive a digital Training magazine certificate of completion, and an eBadge. You also will earn points through the ATD Certification Institute for CPTD and APTD credentials.
