Courtney Caldwell

Courtney Caldwell serves as director of Innovation and Program Delivery for Henley Leadership Group (https://www.henleyleadership.com/), a strategic consultancy dedicated to transforming mid-market and enterprise organizations from the inside out. For more than 25 years, Caldwell has worked in education as a teacher, administrator, facilitator, and consultant. She has trained and coached educators across career stages and developed inclusive curriculum through a social justice lens. Along the way, she also became a leadership development facilitator and Certified iEQ9 Enneagram Practitioner. Caldwell holds an M.Ed. in History Education, University of Notre Dame; conducted graduate work in Interdisciplinary Studies at University of Washington; and a B.A. in Political Science & Interdisciplinary Studies, University of Portland.
