>> Total Training Network (TTN), a learning management system (LMS) and online training provider, released its new Élan Enterprise Learning Platform. It provides on-screen flexible functionality using definable and movable “gadgets.”

>> Cloud-based technology solutions and consulting company KeyedIn Solutions launched a resource hub focused on Professional Services Organizations (PSOs). It provides free-to-download white papers and access to topical Webinars, a blog, and Twitter feed.

>> CloudFactory, a distributed workforce company for business automation, launched the CloudFactory 2.0 Platform. It is the latest step in CloudFactory’s goal of connecting 1 million people in developing countries to basic computer work by 2017.

>> Blackboard Collaborate now supports IMS LTI (Learning Tools Interoperability) specifications, making the platform available to institutions using any LMS compliant with LTI industry standards. With the integration, instructors can use Blackboard Collaborate to schedule and deliver live online classes, upload multimedia and presentation content, and store lecture recordings, all from within the LMS and without having to log into more than one system.

>> Professional Examination Service, an organization in professional licensure and certification services, introduced theProExam Digital Micro-Credential solution, a system to create, deliver, and display digital “badges.” The system adds psychometric soundness, assessment, and one-click secure verification to the emerging open badges environment, which seeks to prove a candidate has acquired or demonstrated a targeted set of skills, accomplishments, or knowledge.
