  • Human Synergistics and Axialent developed Draw Your Culture, an interactive exercise built on the Organizational Culture Inventory (OCI). In just a few minutes, users create their own map of their organizational culture and can do a side-by-side comparison with Human Synergistics’ Historical Ideal, showing where their perceived culture supports performance—and where it might be getting in the way. Training magazine readers can access the exercise for free via this special link: https://axialent.com/draw-your-culture/. Users who access the link will get a personalized culture profile based on how they currently experience their organization and are offered a complimentary call with an Axialent culture expert to discuss the results.
  • Flip, an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered employee experience platform for frontline workers, unveiled Frontline Identity and Flip Fusion, two new offerings that help organizations securely connect frontline employees to enterprise systems, applications, and AI-powered workflows. With Frontline Identity, employees can authenticate using passkeys, QR codes, or invite codes. Flip Fusion enables HR, operations, and business teams to create frontline applications for onboarding, inspections, communications, task management, and operational workflows using natural language prompts without writing code. Flip also announced AI Flow Builder and AI Agent Gateway. AI Flow Builder enables administrators to create multi-step workflows using natural language prompts. AI Agent Gateway connects Flip’s Ask AI assistant to enterprise systems including SAP, Salesforce, Jira and Workday, allowing employees to retrieve information, complete tasks and interact with enterprise systems without leaving the Flip platform.
  • Former NVIDIA product designer Antons Davis launched Osmo, a new artificial intelligence-assisted coaching platform that gives individuals the clarity, confidence, and support to be a better coach. It is designed to transform professional coaching into a measurable, data-driven performance system. Osmo captures and analyzes coaching sessions in real time, automates administrative work, and delivers data-backed insights that help coaches improve outcomes and prove ROI. At the core of the platform is Osmo’s “Coaching Enhancement Ecosystem,” a unified system built around three pillars: AI-driven session intelligence that captures and analyzes conversations in real time, delivering structured feedback against coaching standards, highlighting missed opportunities, and guiding coaches on how to improve in future sessions; automated workflows that eliminate friction across scheduling, invoicing, contracts, note-taking, and follow-ups; and a built-in professional community that connects coaches for peer feedback and collective skill development.
  • AI transformation company Mindstone released Rebel as fair source—free for any individual or organization to use, up to 100 users, with all workflows stored in portable, plain files. Rebel is a system that connects to a company’s existing tools and gives every employee their own AI agent, built on a shared organizational memory. Rebel supports Claude, Llama, OpenRouter, DeepSeek and other providers. Switching AI providers requires no data migration and can be completed in minutes.
  • Experiential training provider ExperiencePoint launched a new set of human-centered AI training experiences designed to help organizations move from AI experimentation to practical adoption. Rather than focusing on technical development or one-time tool training, the experiences help participants build the confidence, judgment, and behaviors needed to use AI in ways that amplify human creativity, collaboration, and problem solving. The new AI training experiences include: Building AI Confidence, Communicating AI Strategy, Finding AI Use Cases, and Driving AI Innovation.
  • LumApps launched LumApps AI, the AI Employee Hub, which is designed to deliver a complete portfolio of new employee services and agents that cover everyday business tasks and workflows in areas such as Communications, HR, IT, and Operations. Designed for enterprise-wide adoption across desk-based, frontline, and distributed teams, the AI Employee Hub enables every employee to discover, create, orchestrate, and collaborate with AI agents across all systems without IT expertise. LumApps will allow businesses to create bespoke agents tailored to their specific needs.
  • Zenarate, a leader in AI simulation training and frontline performance, unveiled Evolve, an agentic conversational AI platform that automates tier 1 and tier 2 customer interactions across voice and digital channels, providing enterprises with control, validation, and optimization capabilities. Evolve helps organizations deploy AI agents that align with brand standards, business objectives, and customer expectations. Evolve extends Zenarate’s Frontline Performance Platform by bringing AI-agent readiness, validation, and optimization into the same ecosystem as learning, coaching, and performance analytics. Evolve capabilities include: the ability for enterprises to decide when AI has the flexibility to make decisions and when code is under control; an end-to-end automation framework that allows Evolve to solve entire use cases beyond just calls or chat; and true pathing analytics throughout the conversation, with detailed drop-off data and recommendations to improve the agent over time.
  • Ninety, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform built for companies running on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), announced the launch of Ask Maz, a new conversational AI capability for leadership teams. Built directly into the Ninety platform, Ask Maz enables leaders to ask questions about company performance, priorities, accountability, and execution, with answers grounded in their live business data. When Ask Maz identifies something worth acting on, users can create to-dos, issues, headlines, and take other actions directly from the conversation, turning insight into action without leaving their workflow.
  • Chaser, the task and project management platform that lives inside Slack, announced its official launch, moving out of beta alongside a new integration with Claude, Anthropic’s AI assistant. Built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the integration makes Chaser the only Slack-native project management tool that lets teams plan, assign, and track work directly with Claude. The platform turns the messages teams already send in Slack into tracked, assignable tasks with automatic follow-ups.
