  • All-in-one learning platform Rise Up launched a new AI performance layer, Forge by Rise Up. Forge acts as an AI Performance Officer, embedding autonomous agentic AI coaches into daily workflows to identify capability gaps, deliver real-time support, and drive performance.
  • LearnUpon launched its Agentic Learning Platform, which uses AI agents to execute complex workflows while keeping governance and strategic control in human hands. At its center is LearnUpon IQ, an intelligence layer that coordinates AI across learner profiles, content, and delivery. An open-protocol server lets organizations securely connect tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini directly to their learning data.
