- PAIRIN unveiled PAIRIN Hiring, which utilizes a science-based approach to prioritize applicants based on their abilities rather than just resumes. The software-as-a-service-based tool allows companies to identify top performers based on the behaviors and mindsets that are most important for a job role and specific company culture. It also offers API access for seamless integration into existing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with support for bi-directional data transfer.
