The latest training industry mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and more.

>> MaritzCX, a global customer experience (CX) software and services company, and Maritz Motivation Solutions, a leader in employee recognition, partnered to offer a new approach to align customer satisfaction with employee recognition. The collaboration allows for customer feedback gathered in the MaritzCX platform to be turned into performance data for employees supported by recognition and rewards that are managed within Maritz’s CultureNext engagement platform.

>> The American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) selected full-service e-learning firm Scitent, Inc., to launch its Career Development Center, an online learning site for AAAS Science members and non-members around the world.

>> Engagedly announced the availability of Engagedly Performance Management and Employee Engagement Solution, a cloud-based app ecosystem for the human capital management (HCM) industry, for download on ADP Marketplace to help companies build a strong performance-driven culture.

>> The Digital Marketing Institute (DMI) signed a strategic partnership with EXIN, a global independent certification institute for ICT (Information and Communications Technology) professionals. EXIN will offer DMI’s professional certifications through its network of more than 1,000 accredited partners worldwide.

>> The Forum Corporation and the leadership segment of AchieveGlobal, Inc., are coming together to deliver a global leadership development offering. Forum Corporation is expected to begin operating as “achieve+forum, inc.” in July. AchieveGlobal’s sales effectiveness and customer service capabilities will remain a part of MHI Global. Both Forum and MHI Global are TwentyEighty companies.
