  • Event planners can engage their teams and motivate them for the year ahead with a new subscription service. Team Activity Solutions offers in-person, hybrid, and virtual experiences, as well as outdoor city-wide adventure games available in more than 80 cities across the UK, Europe, and U.S. The games are designed to be used by event planners for networking, teambuilding, and training. The Space Race, Save Pop Culture, and The Big Escape are some of the 12 interactive, browser-based teambuilding games currently available.
  • BiasSync released new behavioral change tools and features aimed at mitigating bias in the workplace. The proprietary Equity Survey is designed to identify the specifics behind equity barriers employees may face. The BiasSync Five-Stage Inclusivity Roadmap contains a step-by-step equity audit for companies to assess and establish equity throughout the entire organization.BiasSync’s learning modules include content specifically addressing bias against LGBTQIA+ employees in the workplace and deliver unconscious bias assessments. BiasSync regularly offers new microlearnings in the form of a series of short, interactive videos. Designed by Ph.D. experts, BiasSync ProTips help reinforce behaviors discussed in the microlearning modules. BiasSync also increased the number of tools capable of delivering multiple languages. And BiasSync’s learning systems are 508 compliant, meaning they follow federal guidelines for technology platforms to be accessible for people with disabilities.
  • International consultancy TRG Arts launched Talent Lab, an incubator where emerging arts administrators can be heard, engage in dialogue, and grow professionally. In the initial rollout of services, Talent Lab is offering a series of workshops on personal development topics such asEmotional Intelligence, effective feedback, learning agility, and strengths-based leadership, as well as technical frameworks such as budgeting revenue targets with precision.   • SWIFT Learning and the SiS Foundation of Canada launched SAHARA (Safety And Hazard Awareness Risk Assessment), a cloud-based, proactive technology that combines workplace hazards and a mental health self-assessment to calculate risk level and then links to recommended eLearning courses accessible from any device. If an employee’s risk level is high due to their mental health, a link is included to an anonymous crisis response provider for immediate support. SAHARA 4 SiS Youth was launched through the SiS Foundation for the service hospitality industry. SiS provides a username and password to download the SAHARA app. SWIFT Learning also is launching SAHARA 4 Mental Health and SAHARA 4 Corporate Wellness.
  • Workplace Equity Platform Syndio unveiled OppEQ, a new product that enables companies to instantly analyze hiring, promotions, performance scores, and retention rates by gender, race, and more to identify the root causes of inequities and pay gaps—and create action plans for improvement. Syndio’s Workplace Equity Platform also includes: PayEQ, Pay Finder, and Expert Advisors. 
  • Articulate Global, LLC, a creator platform for online workplace learning, added a full catalog of prebuilt learning content to its creator tools. Now users will have access to 1,000-plus crafted lessons and prebuilt courses they can customize with their proprietary content. The new prebuilt courses take on topics in 11 categories, including customer success and service, human resources, diversity and inclusion, sales and marketing, and professional development. Also included in this release are video-based, human-centered courses by bestselling authors who share their ideas, incorporating learnings from neuroscience, history, biology, psychology, and business.
  • DLA Piper launched its D&I Index to help employers benchmark themselves against best practices in Diversity and Inclusion (D&I). By completing a short series of questions, the D&I index will generate scores and give red, amber, or green ratings against the key D&I areas of policies; training; recruitment; inclusive culture; reward; and leadership. In addition, the D&I index will provide insights on an employer’s legal obligations when it comes to compliance with equality laws in the UK.
  • TorchMetrics is a new online feedback and coaching platform. Through surveys, TorchMetrics provides an accurate snapshot of a presenter’s current presentation skills and then offers 87-plus action steps on how to improve. TorchMetrics aims to improve people’s ability to persuade and motivate others.
