Allison Gregory is a WELL AP- accredited senior interior designer at BHDP, an international architectural firm that is recognized for innovative and inspiring solutions in architecture, planning, interior design, experiential graphic design, project management, and strategic consulting. BHDP serves seven markets: Workplace, Higher Education, Industrial, Discovery & Science, Healthcare, Community & Government, and Retail from its offices in Cincinnati and Columbus, OH, and Charlotte and Raleigh, NC. With more than 20 years of experience, Gregory’s interest lies at the intersection of organizational culture, occupant experience, business objectives, and the research and measurement behind it all. She believes that successful strategic planning and design occur when human behavior, social environmental factors, and human needs are balanced with operational and functional goals.
Michael C. Simcox is a Prosci-certified change practitioner and lead strategist for BHDP’s Workplace market. Throughout his 25 years working in consulting and for a Fortune 50 company, Simcox has developed deep expertise in Human Resources, business strategy, and corporate real estate with a proven track record of leading transformational initiatives that drove company results—strategically, operationally, and culturally. He is a leader able to build and develop teams, define a strategic vision, and set operating standards while driving the future of work and executing complex initiatives for the workplace and workforce.
