Amanda Myton

Amanda Myton leads the Talent Management Practice of Lattice’s Advisory Services, a group of HR experts focused on helping People leaders ideate and develop personalized, high-impact People programs. Myton has held a number of roles in Learning and Development (L&D) in her 20-plus years of experience across education and technology; most recently, she established the People Programs and Partners function at Ironclad. Before that, she led the Employee Development team at Anaplan, establishing the company’s onboarding, L&D, and Talent Management functions through 16x growth and a successful IPO.
