Chris Tranquill is the Chief of Strategy at Khoros (https://khoros.com/), where he is responsible for Khoros product strategy and business development. He has spent more than 25 years in leadership roles focusing on the customer experience and helping companies gain insights from their customer data. He spent most of that time in business process outsourcing, where he worked with many of the world’s best known brands. Tranquill's business units have been recognized as industry leaders by both Gartner and Everest.
