Deb Page, CPT, CPIF (Deb@TIFPI.org) is the president of the Institute for Performance Improvement. She has served in executive roles in HR, talent development, and performance improvement in K-12 education, higher education, and industry for more than 30 years. She partnered with Dr. Judith Hale, CPT, CACP, to research and codify the Certified Performance Improvement Facilitator performance standards that reflect the practices of professionals who successfully guide complex performance improvement that requires collaboration. The Institute trains and certifies these professionals across all sectors, including school improvement specialists.
