Jennifer Kolb

Jennifer Kolb is the national director of Workforce Development at MedCerts. She leads strategic initiatives and business development, focusing on the K-career pipeline. With extensive experience in leadership roles at Tallo and Hawkes Learning, she spearheaded sales, marketing, new product launches, and technology updates, including ADA compliance. Kolb has dedicated a decade to the workforce industry, collaborating with educators, state leaders, and businesses nationwide to enhance lives. Stemming from a family legacy in education and a business-oriented mindset, she is dedicated to student success and devising innovative strategies to broaden access to educational and career opportunities. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Psychology from Clemson University.
