Before this role, she was the founding director of the State’s Office of Sixty by 30, leading in increasing higher education degree and professional certification attainment. With more than 25 years of experience in Michigan’s competitive political and legislative arena, Sing has proven to be a multisector professional adept at leading solutions around critical issues facing Michigan and the U.S., including workforce development, STEAM education, how talent relates to economic prosperity, and other talent-related issues.
