Dr. Maggie Sass

Dr. Sass is the Executive Vice President of Content, Research, & Professional Services responsible for the portfolio of products and services, translating research into practical, scalable solutions for clients, and managing the team of TalentSmartEQ subject matter experts. Maggie believes that EQ is more important than ever for individuals, teams, and organizations to create inclusive workplaces where individuals can be their authentic selves and to help organizations deliver value for clients and shareholders.
