She currently serves as the Director of People and Culture at Endeavors, a national nonprofit supporting vulnerable populations with care, compassion, and competence. With over two decades of experience in public speaking, professional development, and community building, MaQuettia has dedicated her career to shaping inclusive, psychologically safe cultures that thrive on trust, voice, and honor-based leadership. As the founder of Impact Orange, she has led city-wide enrichment events such as the MLK Gala honoring grassroots change agents.
