Melissa Hirsch

Melissa Hirsch is a principal recruiter at Betts. In her current role, she specializes in scaling early stage SaaS companies at the enterprise level. Before becoming a principal recruiter, Hirsch served as recruiting coordinator, sales development representatives division recruiter, account executive division recruiter, account executive division team lead, enablement manager recruiter, and senior strategic recruiter. She is also a five-time Betts president’s club winner. Hirsch is a graduate of Skidmore College, where she was captain of the women’s tennis team and earned a degree in management and business. She is the proud owner of a 10-year-old German Shepherd named Nessie.
