Melissa Matlins

Melissa Matlins is Head of Workforce Solutions at Pearson, where she connects strategy and operations for marketing, sales, product, and customer success to deliver growth for the company’s Workforce Skills business. Previously, Matlins was VP of Marketing at Vimeo. Matlins began her career in architecture with a BA from New York University. She crafted a non-linear career path forward, built upon transferable and uniquely human skills that led her toward being a Founder and marketing executive.
