Seema Jain

Seema Jain is the founder and CEO of Seva Global, a Chicago headquartered company specializing in custom cultural training for multiple industries. Seva Global’s interactive workshops teach participants about business protocols, social customs, communication styles, and more, with a focus on Brazil, Canada, China, Germany, India, Japan, Mexico, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, the United States, Jewish Culture, and the LGBTQ+ community. Prior to founding Seva Global, Jain spearheaded and managed the multicultural affairs for Marriott International, developing tools and resources to help associates around the globe enhance their cultural competency and better serve the company’s broad diversity of guests. Jain began her career in the finance industry and earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University of Ohio and her Master of Business Administration from DePaul University, Chicago. She’s the co-founder of two non-profit organizations: Supporting Excellence in Education Foundation (SEED), which awards scholarships to high school students; and Young Jains of America (YJA), a national youth organization created to share Jain heritage and culture.
