Stephen M. Paskoff

Stephen M. Paskoff is president and CEO of ELI, a human capital consulting firm he founded in 1986. Before founding ELI, Paskoff was an EEOC trial attorney and partner in a labor and employment law firm. A member of the Pennsylvania and Georgia bars, he is a founder and former co‐chair of the ABA’s Compliance Training and Communication Subcommittee, which explores training and strategic best practices for maintaining corporate compliance. ELI helps organizations align behaviors with their stated mission, vision, and values to establish a respectful, welcoming, and inclusive workplace.
