Troy Stewart

Over the past 12 years, Troy Stewart has risen through the ranks at Brush Claims to now serve as its President and Chief Operating Officer. Stewart is an innovative leader in the insurance claims space and is actively driving the evolution of the insurance industry forward. Stewart started at Brush Claims as a field adjuster, which gives him unique insight now as a leader. He then shifted into a quality assurance review position, where he rose to the ranks of Vice President of Daily Claims. In his role as VP of Daily Claims, he was tasked with developing Brush Claims’ Quality Control program and ongoing field training guides. Throughout his six years in this role, he also spearheaded growing the Daily Claims department and oversaw the management, supervision and execution of quality claims reporting in the 48 contiguous states. Appointed as COO, President and partner in 2018, Stewart was essential in the development of Brush Claims’ software suite Hubvia, which plans to launch its beta version in 2024, and also played a large role in the evolution of their HyDAP claims handling program, which boasts a 68-hour cycle time. In this role, he is able to push his vision of tech-driven, human-led claims. In 2021, Stewart participated on behalf of Brush Claims in cohort seven of the prestigious Lloyd’s Lab by Lloyd’s of London, the esteemed insurance market leader.
