Create Fillable Form Frameworks

Use this simple but effective tool to help solve problems and improve products and training.

As a business owner, I know how overwhelming it can be to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities. It often feels like there’s not enough time in the day to accomplish everything on my to-do list.

That’s why I create fillable form frameworks. They have helped my team streamline our business processes, freeing up valuable time. Even more important, these frameworks provide something I was never able to find previously: a clear, organized, and easy-to-use tool to help us solve problems and improve our products.

FIELD WORK

One simple but effective framework I created helps us generate social content, for example. It has five fields:

Field 1: The problem

Field 2: Where the problem stems from

Field 3: The impact the problem has on the business or people

Field 4: A starting point to improve the problem

Field 5: Features of our product that can help solve the issue

Before creating this tool, we would spend hours brainstorming and researching to devise a plan to solve a problem. Now we can easily fill out the form and have a clear plan of action in just a few minutes. It also has helped us stay organized and on track, which has increased our productivity and overall success.

But the most valuable aspect of framework forms is how they act as a guide that encourages critical thinking and collaboration among team members. By filling out the form together, we have meaningful discussions about the problem and come up with creative solutions that we may not have thought of individually. It has helped us work more efficiently as a team and improved our overall business strategy.

Fillable form frameworks can be a game-changer for businesses—and training. Whether you are trying to solve an instructional design dilemma, create new content, or identify learners’ pain points, utilizing a fillable form can get the creative juices—and collaboration—flowing. Take it for a test drive and see how a fillable form framework can accelerate your business and drive your training forward.
