>> SSILuxco S.a.r.l., an indirect parent company of Skillsoft Limited, entered into a definitive agreement for the sale of its subsidiaries to funds managed by Charterhouse Capital Partners LLP. A pioneer in technology-delivered learning, Skillsoft will continue to be headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, and led by CEO Chuck Moran.

>> SAP AG announced plans to acquire Fieldglass, a technology provider for procuring and managing contingent labor and services.

>> CEB, a member-based advisory company on talent acquisition, assessment, and development, acquired Knowledge Advisors, a provider of analytics solutions for talent development professionals, for approximately $52 million.

>> CIP Capital acquired OnCourse Learning Corporation, a portfolio company of The Riverside Company. OnCourse offers a variety of career focused professional training programs in the financial services, real estate, and IT industries.

>> Marshall Goldsmith and Bluepoint Leadership Development formed an exclusive partnership to design and deliver leadership development workshops. The first project will be a two-day workshop, “Breakout! Becoming the Leader of the Future Today,” which will be presented throughout 2014 in New York, Atlanta, Vancouver, Chicago, San Francisco, and Phoenix.

>> Thomsons Online Benefits, a global benefits management and employee engagement software firm, and Gavdi, a provider of HCM and technology services, joined forces to enable global businesses to deliver a seamless HR and employee benefits technology strategy.
