The coaching particularly can benefit those feeling grounded by fear, a lack of communication skills, negative self-talk, poor boundaries, and other emotional obstacles. The ERG module, focused on internal communities of workers with shared identities and interests, provides organizations the ability to centralize, manage, engage, measure, and scale their ERGs in a centralized hub.
  • Perceptyx announced the next generation of its People Insights Platform with expansive analytics and artificial intelligence-powered recommendations. This update also extends the platform’s comment analytics with a new natural language processing (NLP) model and introduces several new AI-powered capabilities, including: an Emotion Model that decodes employee comments according to six emotional valences—love, joy, surprise, anger, fear, and sadness—helping managers understand how employees feel about their experience in the workplace to respond with the most appropriate action; an Analytics Studio, which provides the ability to create and share focused dashboards that zero in on topics emerging from employee surveys; and an AI Hub that pinpoints specific experiences, needs, and suggestions deep within the organization.
  • Traliant, an innovator in online compliance training, unveiled a new 25-minute course, Workplace Violence Prevention, which is designed to educate and empower employees with strategies to prevent violence in the workplace and protect themselves and others if it happens. The course also helps employers comply with the latest laws in every state, including California’s new workplace violence prevention law.
