  • 15Five, a human-centered performance management platform,unveiled Career Hub, a strengths-driven approach to people development. At the core of Career Hub is Positive Product Design, which promotes a deeper understanding of human needs and how to meet them. Career Hub extends beyond traditional performance management software, aligning with the tenets of positive psychology to ensure that employees’ strengths and sense of purpose are woven into their career paths.
  • BizLibrary, a leader in online learning solutions, launched its new skills development platform, BizSkills. The platform automates the process of mapping skills to job roles and recommends supported content from its library of more than 9,000 video courses and lessons. BizLibrary partnered with labor market data experts at Emsi to map its content and job roles to Emsi’s database of skills. BizSkills offers libraries of more than 15,00 skills and 500 job roles across several industries.
  • simpleshow video maker announced a new product update that supports corporate identity requirements. Corporate users can upload a customized background to match their CI, change the background to match their brand colors, or choose from backgrounds created by simpleshow.
  • Corporate trainers and HR professionals now can tap leaders from the CIA, FBI, KGB, and Mossad for leadership development programs, corporate training, teambuilding, and inspirational talks. SPYEX is a new talent agency, providing access to experts for training, speaking, and consulting engagements. Through its parent company SPYSCAPE—an edutainment brand—SPYEX  also offers New York City’s personalized, high-tech event venue, SPYSCAPE’s HQ for training and teambuilding events.
  • Career Masterclass, a digital career platform for ethnically diverse professionals and under-represented groups, launched its upgraded platform with exclusive mentor and STRETCH plus features. Based on a user’s career assessment, the software will recommend content, ranging from live monthly events and masterclasses to articles and workbooks required to pursue personal targets and succeed in reaching career goals. The recommended list will display as a personalized dashboard, individually curated to help professionals navigate their careers and attain new heights as they develop.Professionals using the platform also now will be offered exclusive mentor matching.
  • Speak_, a talent incubator championing diversity in tech, launched a cohort-based platform to elevate and sustain underrepresented candidates in the industry’s hiring pipeline. The startup is launching with eight high-growth technology companies as employer partners and has secured a pre-seed round of funding totaling $1 million from Precursor Ventures and The Venture Collective. Speak_ works with heads of talent and hiring managers at high-growth tech companies to diversify talent via its pre-qualified candidate base of technically skilled professionals with entry-level to mid-level computer science and engineering expertise.
  • Ross Blake Associates, Inc., released a new training video series, “Conversations At Work.” Two programs currently are available—“You Dislike Their Idea But Don’t Want to Say So” and “The Complete Delegation Skill to Delegate It Right the First Time.” Additional videos in the series will relate to giving peers feedback, saying no to requests when necessary, confirming people understand what you say, and making it easier and safer for employees to admit mistakes and errors. The videos are available in streaming, USB, and DVD formats. Learning guides and skill reinforcement checklists also are included.   • SUCCESS Enterprises, publisher of SUCCESS magazine and a leading voice in the field of personal and professional development, launched SUCCESS Coaching. The program takes a holistic approach to personal and professional development with a variety of one-on-one and group coaching programs, as well as a proprietary app to help coaches and clients improve their results. Three tracks are available: Group Coaching programs involve weekly sessions in a group format and cover a range of topics such as sales, time management, leadership, and marketing skills and techniques, plus focused themes that address specific issues; Elite Coaching features weekly private coaching for leaders in a one-on-one format with monthly group training calls for entire teams; and Pinnacle Coaching, which is available by invitation only and features weekly one-on-one private coaching sessions and monthly group training calls.
