  • Digital learning and skills specialist THRIVE launched a new, built-in skills solution as part of its learning platform. THRIVE brings together the compliance capabilities of a learning management system (LMS), the learner-led social feel of a learning experience platform (LXP), and a new skills development platform. The integrated Learning and Skills Platform gives Learning and Development (L&D) teams a one-stop shop for learning, upskilling, communication, and collaboration across their organization.
  • WebRTC videoconferencing solution Proficonf released integration updates and new features for eLearning. This includes an integration and embedding of Proficonf videoconferencing on Websites or apps for eLearning, as well as full customization of the virtual room. Users can host all online sessions on their Website with their own domain, without the use of third-party services. It’s quick and easy to embed with the Proficonf REST API&iframe API. Features include screen sharing, whiteboard, built-in Miro board, YouTube videos, and uploading and displaying files. 
  • Workplace technology provider Amba launched a new ESG-focused platform designed to enable businesses of all sizes to offer sustainable perks to their employees in a simple, low-cost way. Lumina Perks is an online marketplace offering employees access to a host of ethical, sustainable, or socially conscious brands all in one place, plus a range of discounts, special offers, and preferential rates. The marketplace features sustainable alternatives for every aspect of life, including fashion, beauty and health, investments and money, food and nutrition, energy, transport, sport and leisure, and well-being. The platform has been designed to integrate with existing HR and employee benefits technology.
  • Global HR platform Worca launched a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that provides a one-stop solution for recruiting, employer of record service, and automated global Human Resources management. The multi-country payroll management tool streamlines the global payroll experience by integrating with leading accounting software, such as Intuit QuickBooks and Oracle NetSuite. It also automates the local tax filing process, showing both local currency and U.S. dollar rates.
  • Digital resilience platform meQuilibrium unveiled enhancements to its data-driven software and services offering,meQuilibrium Workforce Resilience Suite, which now holistically addresses employers’ greatest risks amidst rising rates of mental health challenges, burnout, and turnover. New campaign functionality and real-time access to data and analytics give customers the ability to drive targeted behavior change to mitigate risk and positively impact employee well-being and performance. The enhancements include two core solutions and three new tools that identify risk with aggregated and anonymized analytics; provide flexible, strategically segmentable campaign tools; and measure outcomes for employees, managers, and teams across the organization.
