  • PD:Verified is a new professional register that brings together qualified tutors, assessors, and internal and external quality assurers. All members must meet the criteria set out by PD:Verified, and demonstrate how they maintain their status through continuing professional development (CPD). This is showcased on the member’s personal profile for all training providers and employers to see. By becoming a PD:Verified partner or supporter, training providers will receive complimentary listings of their qualifications on the PD:Portal, an online platform for endorsed training providers to promote their qualifications and training.
  • Scrum.org launched a new digital badging program for its Professional Scrum certification holders through Credly, a digital credentialing leader. Upon earning Scrum.org certifications, certification holders will earn a digital credential from Credly, and existing certification holders will be invited to add their certifications. With Credly, certification holders can aggregate their verified skills in a single place and share them with employers, prospective employers, friends and colleagues, and through social media.
  • VitalSmarts, a corporate training company with award-winning courses and bestselling books, announced the launch of newly revamped courses and a company rebrand, including a new name: Crucial Learning. The rebrand and release of new, more flexible learning options—including three new on-demand Crucial Conversations courses—aligns with a shift in the company’s strategy to offer its courses in communication, performance, and leadership to broader audiences.
  • Clovers, a Human Resources technology firm leveraging interview intelligence to improve interviewing and hiring practices, launched its flagship product, Clovers. This interview intelligence platform uses human and conversational intelligence to accelerate hiring, uncover bias, and put the right people in the right roles. Features include interview guidance, real-time feedback for interviewers, and post-interview coaching to support education and drive behavioral change.
  • Principles, a people management software company founded by investor and entrepreneur Ray Dalio, expanded the distribution of its PrinciplesUs assessment tool by offering a new self-service experience now available at PrinciplesUs.com. Built from individual personality assessment PrinciplesYou, PrinciplesUs provides deep insights into what individuals and teams are like, and how team members can use that understanding to improve their relationships and the ways in which they interact. 
  • BambooHR, a cloud-hosted software provider dedicated to powering the strategic evolution of Human Resources, unveiled new product features designed to streamline hiring and onboarding new employees. BambooHR customers now can leverage integrations with popular job board ZipRecruiter. Customers also now can create and manage candidate talent.
