The latest products and services launching in the training industry.

>> Conversa Health, a leader in automated personalized patient engagement, unveiled a new offering for businesses and other organizations: COVID-19 Employee HealthCheck. Employee HealthCheck engages employees each workday in a brief automated chat to assess exposure risk to the Coronavirus and symptoms of COVID-19. Employees can complete the chat on their phone, tablet, or computer before they travel to work. Those who are cleared for the day receive a digital “badge” they can display at access control points, and employers are notified. Employees who are not cleared for work are instructed to stay home, and are provided guidance for self-care, monitoring, testing, or additional care.

>> Go Evo (Government Evolved) released its Personal Protective App (PPA), an employee screening solution designed to enable self-assessments for COVID-19 symptoms. This secure mobile and digital application supports employees in determining whether they should report to work and provides employers with instant visibility into the health and safety of their workforce. The app leverages Go Evo’s existing operations management system, MESH, to power customizable forms and dashboards. Features include: dial-in self assessments, automatic e-mail notifications, reporting tools, integrations and API, temperature checks, contactless visitor screening, and a document center.

>> Prospr At Work, an employee management and communication platform for front-line teams, introduced Safety By Prospr, a new set of in-platform features in response to new post-COVID guidelines. The key features of Safety by Prospr include daily in-app health/symptom checks, on-demand safety and policy resources, employee exposure tracking, mobile-enabled bulletins (which can be sent one-on-one, to targeted groups, or to all employees) for urgent messages, and automated shift coverage for employees who need to call out to ensure no one is taking risks if they feel sick.

>> Workplace Options launched its Adapt organizational resilience questionnaire to help organizations assess the impact of COVID-19 on workforce well-being and performance as they take steps toward reopening. The questionnaire—built on scientifically validated resilience and stress scales—is designed to measure employee and management experiences during the quarantine stage of the COVID-19 pandemic and readiness for future changes. The questionnaire can be completed on a computer, tablet, or smartphone in about seven minutes. Once employees and managers have completed the questionnaire, the data is compiled in a comprehensive report with specific recommended actions for organizations relating to employee engagement and health.
