>> New massive open online course (MOOC) Cybrary.IT offers free online training to anyone, anywhere, and at every skill level in IT systems administration, network administration, and cyber security. Cybrary courses prepare students for certifications such as CompTIA A+ and Network+.

>> Organizational communication development firm Listening Impact introduced Listening Intelligence, a set of principles and practices that harness the collective brainpower of employees through improved listening. Through workshops, coaching, and consulting, Listening Impact’s certified coaches formulate action plans to educate individuals and teams.

>> Launched by Dr. John R. Stoker, author of “Overcoming Fake Talk,” and DialogueWORKS, the communications expert behind the “REAL Talk: Creating REAL Conversations for Results” training program, the REAL Talk Mobile App prepares individuals for and guides them through effective conversations. The app can be downloaded at no cost from Google Play and iTunes.

>> BetterWorks, an enterprise goals platform, released new Contextual Org Chart and Work Profile capabilities that enable employees to be properly credited for their work, share it with others, and interact based on goal progress and achievement. Work Profiles give BetterWorks users a space to share their top three to five goals and current progress, as well as access to lifetime activity and an accomplishment timeline for colleagues. Contextual Org Charts enable managers and employees to visualize current goals and progress by team or department, aligning daily tasks with company progress.

>> Chronus Corporation, a provider of software for talent and career development, released a new update to its software, Chronus Mentor, which adds three new features aimed at increasing mentor and mentee engagement: mobile mentoring, informal mentoring, and an e-mail campaign function for administrators.
