TempWorks Software, a provider of staffing software and back-office solutions, launched Buzz, an employee engagement app that allows seamless communication between agencies and their employees. The app uses facial recognition and geofencing technology to make worksite check-in and check-out more efficient. Buzz also provides employees with easy access to announcements, open position listings, year-to-date paycheck information, and the ability to chat with agency staff members through the app.

Global online learning leader Coursera launched its health vertical—a broad portfolio of health content from the world’s top universities curated specifically to help address the acute shortage of skilled workers in the health industry and meet the demands of a digital health economy. There are 100 new courses, 30 new specializations, and two public health-focused Master’s degrees.

Talent acquisition software company Lever unveiled Lever Talent Acquisition Suite’s integration with ADP to streamline the candidate lifecycle. With the Lever Connector for ADP Workforce Now, information from the candidate profile, requisition, offer, and profile form in Lever are prepopulated in the ADP new hire wizard, helping to improve the speed and quality of hiring.

SocialChorus, a global workforce communications platform, launched new features to increase employee engagement and easily connect employees with corporate messages. The updates include the means to embed the SocialChorus communications feed in key corporate locations such as the Intranet, increased search functionality, and an automated recommendation engine that promotes similar content from the same channel users are viewing.
