The latest training industry mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and more.

  • Brainier was acquired by talent management platform ClearCompany. The customizable and scalable Brainier LMS is an enterprise learning and development solution that allows companies to craft personalized learning experiences that fuel organizational growth.
  • Training and development consultancy Jamesson Solutions acquired a new product in a partnership with Beverly Bradstock and Tom Desch, the authors of an online assessment designed to coach leadership development. Jamesson Solutions is now co-owner of The Leadership Nexus. The company will provide certification for using the assessment and launch a new online assessment center where coaches can send their clients to take the assessment. The Leadership Nexus is an online survey that takes about 20 minutes to complete. It produces an instant detailed report showing where an individual is in relation to their current and future job requirements, along with a guide for understanding the implications of the score and ways it can be improved or adjusted.
  • Daxtra, a provider of artificial intelligence-enriched software for the talent acquisition ecosystem, acquired PivotCX, a technology-based talent acquisition and HR communications hub. The combined solution will help streamline candidate engagement and improve candidate conversion. Through PivotCX’s all-in-one talent acquisition communications hub, recruiters can engage in personalized conversations with all candidates and managers at the scale and speed required to meet their hiring needs.
