  • VitalSource, a leading platform for institutions, campus stores, publishers, and companies to create and deliver educational and training content, acquired the assets of corporate learning technology leader Intrepid Learning. The combined corporate and professional business platforms will launch under the brand, Intrepid by VitalSource. Intrepid will help customers solve their most critical business challenges with two complementary learning technology offerings: Intrepid Learn and Intrepid Discover.
  • Inkling, a leader in delivering smart, mission-critical information to the deskless worker, partnered with Eagle Productivity Solutions as part of its Preferred Partner Program. Eagle Productivity is a global service provider specializing in training design, development, delivery, and measurement and will work with Inkling to develop cutting-edge learning content.
  • LinkedIn Learning’s Integration Partner Program enables organizations to access the latest LinkedIn Learning content directly from their learning management system (LMS), providing a streamlined experience for learners, administrators, and companies. As such, LinkedIn Learning is partnering with leading LMS providers and learning platforms to launch this program, including: Absorb, Adobe Captivate Prime, Bridge, SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone OnDemand, Degreed, Digital Chalk, Docebo, EdCast, Everwise, Infor, Pathgather, and Saba.
  • Public Consulting Group, Inc. (PCG), is expanding its focus on workforce development, training, and placement solutions through the acquisition of Focused Management Solutions (FMS). With the addition of FMS, PCG gains new approaches and programs to help prepare and place workers in emerging economy positions through both entrepreneurship training and “intrapreneurship” initiatives.
