  • Cornerstone OnDemand, a global leader in cloud-based talent management software solutions, is teaming with TED, the nonprofit global community devoted to spreading ideas, to deliver curated TED Talks to Cornerstone clients.
  • Asure Software, a provider of hoteling, space management, and time and attendance software solutions, formed a partnership with SPREO Indoor Location Solutions, an indoor wayfinding technology provider, which enables Asure clients to add indoor navigation to their suite of workplace management solutions.
  • Birks Group Inc. and Rideau Recognition Solutions Inc. executed a definitive asset purchase agreement whereby Birks Group sold its Corporate Sales Division to Rideau for approximately $4.3 million. The Corporate Sales Division services business customers by providing them with unique items for recognition programs, service awards, and business gifts.
  • Talent Plus acquired TalentMine, a performance-based talent assessment system that helps health-care companies select and engage talent optimizing patient service, quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Hyatt Hotels Corporation is partnering with Khan Academy to bring open-source global learning to its colleagues, their families, and their communities. Hyatt and Khan Academy will prototype several onsite and digital initiatives throughout the next year, including learning labs in Hyatt hotels and customized content and courses designed around life skills and the skills needed for a career in hospitality.
  • John Wiley & Sons’ partnership with student success organization InsideTrack will make career coaching possible at a low fee for students who use the WileyPLUS platform for Intermediate Accounting by Kieso, Weygandt, and Warfield.
