  • Udemy, a destination for learning and teaching online, acquired CorpU, an online leadership development platform that delivers cohort-based immersive learning experiences and access to world-class experts. CorpU programs offer digestible microlearning modules from premiere universities facilitated by global experts. CorpU’s artificial intelligence-powered analytics, social learning capabilities, and real-world application opportunities help ensure increased engagement and improved knowledge retention.
  • Corporate training solution Voxy partnered with online learning platform Coursera to provide career development opportunities for professionals who seek to improve their English skills. With this partnership, Coursera’s 87 million global learners now have access to English language learning courses from Voxy, designed to help professionals communicate more effectively in English across a range of environments and subjects, such as TechnologyCalls & Messaging, and Planning & Organization.
  • NEQSOL Holding launched a new collaboration between its digital learning and engagement platform, NEQSOL Academy, and online course provider, LinkedIn LearningThe partnership will host a fully integrated platform for NEQSOL Holding and its companies’ employees to upskill in business, technology, and creative professionalism through expert-led course videos. The platform’s course library will offer more than 16,000 LinkedIn Learning courses.
  • Mental fitness and virtual coaching company BetterUp acquired two advanced technology software companies: Motive and Impraise. Motive surfaces precise, meaningful, and actionable insights about people’s experiences by applying machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) to multi-channel data. Motive’s proprietary technology, including its Emotion API that identifies emotions in language, allows organizations to attain empathy at scale, describing their employee and customer experiences from a human perspective. Impraise builds software that helps managers better understand and grow their people.
