Productivity Coach’s Corner: Get More from Your System

Productivity isn’t always about battery life or screen size. Today, ask yourself how to use your (human) systems to your advantage.

“I need a charge.” “Should I upgrade?” “I’ll download that app.”

Your phone might need to be charged, you could upgrade the OS, and there IS a new app (always!). But right now, I’m talking about you—not your phone.

1. Recharge your mind. Rest and relax to come back to work more focused.

2. Change your mind. Seek extra information about a problem or project you’re managing.

3. Reorganize your productivity tools to focus on your priorities. Get the right things done first.

Productivity isn’t always about battery life or screen size. Today, ask yourself how to use your (human) systems to your advantage.
