Productivity Coach’s Corner: Getting on the Same Page

Take time today to connect your message to the people you serve.

Daily, you communicate something important to someone important. It might be your boss, a team member, a partner, or family. How will you ensure that they feel, see, and think what you do? How do you get on the same page?

Take time today to connect your message to the people you serve. What is communicated is not always received—you’ve been there before.

One way to increase their connection to your message is to reflect. For example, ask people to feed back to you more than what they just hear. Ask them, “Based on what you have experienced, what do you think this plan needs?”
