Development Dimensions International (DDI) launched its first animated leadership development video game, Zapp! Zone: Jane’s Dilemma. The game provides leaders with the opportunity to practice and refine their use of critical interpersonal skills.

Acendre (formerly known as NGA.NET), a worldwide leader in cloud-based talent management software, released several new People Analytics dashboards built to help federal agencies gain insight into their hiring processes. The new dashboards include the Hiring Manager Dashboard, Human Resource (HR) Specialist Dashboard, HR Supervisor Dashboard, and the Diversity Dashboard.

AG Salesworks launched its Sales Development Certification platform designed to help recent college graduates and new sales development representatives (SDRs) excel at their sales development jobs through exclusive resources and training and guide them toward the next step in their careers through exclusive career coaching services. The certification is built on a skills benchmarking tool that tests users on five core competency areas: prospecting strategy, research strategy, lead qualification, messaging, and objection handling.
