>> CorporateRewards launched WorkStride, a new software platform that powers employee engagement and performance programs across the enterprise. WorkStride provides fully configurable programs for recognition, incentives, wellness, training, and safety.

>> Jones/NCTI added a new Student Dashboard feature to its mobile app, Amp, allowing front-line technicians to track their progress as they complete Jones/NCTI courses, achieve certifications, and work toward a college certificate or degree. New tools also support goal setting and career planning.

>> Scitent, Inc., unveiled PROPEL Enterprise, a full suite of technology solutions and services for selling online courses on a much larger scale via partners, resellers, or distribution networks. With PROPEL, Scitent takes an organization’s course-ready content, designs it to meet the needs of learners, and delivers it via distribution technology and services.

>> Communication firm Ward launched a sister company, OnwardU, that helps management create high-performing teams through professional development, meeting facilitation, and consulting.

>> Schiavello International Ptv Ltd launched Krossi, the first Australian designed sit-stand workstation that helps organizations create a successful and healthy workplace.

>> Rhythm Systems unveiled its new My Work and People EnergyMap tools aimed at accelerating employee productivity, accountability, and team collaboration. My Work helps individual employees determine their daily priorities and tasks, and enables managers to keep their teams accountable and on track to achieve company goals. People EnergyMap outlines specific key performance indicators, group priorities, and individual priorities owned by a team member in any given quarter.

Lorri Freifeld is the editor/publisher of Training magazine. She writes on a number of topics, including talent management, training technology, and leadership development. She spearheads two awards programs: the Training APEX Awards and Emerging Training Leaders. A writer/editor for the last 30 years, she has held editing positions at a variety of publications and holds a Master’s degree in journalism from New York University.
