>> Global engagement and wellbeing solutions company ITA Group unveiled Motivology, its exclusive brand of motivation that strategically blends intrinsic and extrinsic motivators. ITA Group also released Strive5: The Whole-Employee Solution, which consolidates recognition, performance, and wellness initiatives onto one platform.

>> Ideal.com is a new online job marketplace that replaces gut instinct with predictive personality and cultural analytics. Using a proprietary assessment and matching engine, Ideal.com empowers candidates to learn about their unique strengths and ideal work environment, and pairs salespeople with roles that best match their individual skill sets, desired salary, and location.

>> Portland Engagement launched HERO, a tool that measures and assesses employee and membership engagement. Responses generate a sentiment map covering five areas of focus: relationships, job demands, job control, support, and job role.

>> Cornerstone OnDemand, a global leader in cloud-based talent management software solutions, launched its suite of people analytics products. This includes the introduction of Cornerstone View, an interactive data visualization application that gives business leaders deeper intelligence about their people, as well as Cornerstone Planning, an intuitive workforce planning application that helps organizations create, manage, and execute accurate hiring plans over multiple time horizons.

>> Growth Engineering, a learning technologies company, released its new learning game, Bubble Blaster. The game is available as a template on Genie, Growth Engineering’s game-based content authoring too.
