Living As A Leader implements a combination of training, coaching, and a variety of success assurances to support leaders at all levels. The next Living As A Leader Train-the-Trainer Certification Session will be offered in fall 2016.
  • Skyline Group International’s C4X | Coaching For Excellence technology-driven leadership development coaching solution is now available on all mobile devices. C4X starts with an online 360-degree assessment. The leader then works with his or her manager and coach to define development goals. Over the course of the 16- week program, the leader meets with the Skyline Group coach and works independently on leadership skills on his or her desktop or mobile device.

She spearheads two awards programs: the Training APEX Awards and Emerging Training Leaders. A writer/editor for the last 30 years, she has held editing positions at a variety of publications and holds a Master’s degree in journalism from New York University.
