  • Assessment specialist cut-e launched a new online survey tool that measures the productivity and effectiveness of senior management teams against international benchmarks, and provides concrete suggestions for improvement. Called effect, the tool was created in partnership with Professor Henning Bang of the University of Oslo in Norway, who developed a comprehensive model of management team effectiveness after undertaking a 36-year research study.

  • Total Dealer Compliance (TDC), a car dealership compliance-auditing firm, launched its Virtual Compliance Training platform. This online training solution provides affordable access to training, enabling car dealers to be fully compliant with Federal regulations across Sales, BDC, F&I, Fixed Ops, HR, and IT departments.

  • SnapComms, a provider of internal communications software, released, a free online resource that lists more than 100 ways to get a message across successfully. It alphabetically lists a wide range of print, digital, and face-to-face tactics, with suggestions for when to use each type.

  • VitalSmarts, a TwentyEighty, Inc. company, announced that its Crucial Conversations Training course is now available online in an on-demand, asynchronous learning experience.

  • Miller Heiman Group, a global leader in sales and service skills and methodology, launched two new cloud-based solutions. The Integrated Learning Experience (ILE) includes an intuitive, professional user experience with social features, along with gamification and applied learning capabilities. The Mobile Reinforcement Application helps learners better retain knowledge and skills acquired from Miller Heiman Group courses.
