  • Monster, a solution for connecting people and jobs, is improving job searches with changes to the user experience, including: refining the matching process, improving page speed, implementing a two-panel combined job search and job view experience, and relaunching its free resume assessment tool to help job seekers create the best resume.
  • CALIPER, a pioneer in talent assessment and consulting for nearly 60 years, launched Caliper Essentials, a report suite that allows Caliper customers to maximize the value of the Caliper Profile, a selection and development assessment that measures an individual’s job performance potential. The Caliper Essentials report suite includes three formats: Caliper Essentials for Selection; Caliper Essentials for Coaching; and Caliper Essentials Individual Developmental Guide.
  • Recruiting automation platform Entelo unveiled a new feature, Unbiased Sourcing Mode, in its sourcing product, Entelo Search. The new feature allows users to hide specific information in candidate profiles that potentially can lead to both deliberate and unconscious bias in the evaluation process.
  • Cornerstone OnDemand, a global leader in cloud-based learning and human capital management software, unveiled Cornerstone Frontline, a recruiting solution for companies seeking to hire local, entry-level, and front-line employees, such as store managers recruiting new cashiers, supervisors seeking seasonal warehouse employees, and health-care providers looking for administrative staff. Cornerstone also announced the acquisition of Workpop, Inc., which provides a Web and mobile solution for candidates and hiring managers in service-based industries.
