  • Cornerstone OnDemand, Inc., a leader in adaptive HR solutions, released its latest innovation, Cornerstone Xplor, a holistic people growth experience that delivers an integrated and hyper-personalized journey of learning, skill development, growth, and career mobility. It is powered by Cornerstone’s deep learning and talent capabilities, its Cornerstone Skills Graph, fresh and auto-curated content delivery, and self-learning artificial intelligence (AI).
  • Qstream, a global leader in microlearning technology, launched Qstream Connect, powered by Workato, a leader in enterprise automation. With Qstream Connect, Qstream is integrated into organizations’ learning management systems (LMS), human capital management, work management, and communication and collaboration platforms to extend workplace learning capabilities and automate business processes across the employee technology stack.
  • Reason now offers several space-themed missions in its virtual escape rooms to see how well employees perform as a team. Teams of up to 100 people can remotely engage in sci-fi space-themed missions, including one based on the International Space Station (ISS) called Lola in Space; another called Moonshot in which the team sends a rescue mission to the moon to save an astronaut stranded on the lunar station; Lola 2: Mars, which explores the moral implication of a mining colony on the red planet; and Moonshot 2: Gateway in which the team must remotely access the Gateway and help Lola dock and refuel her ship.
  • LemonadeLXP, a digital adoption and learning experience platform for financial institutions, launched an artificial intelligence (AI) course authoring tool to help customers create better learning modules faster. To use the new AI feature, admins paste text from source material into the tool. Then, through trained natural language processing, LemonadeLXP identifies the salient points and generates potential questions and correct answers. Lastly, the admin selects the questions they want to retain and authors the counterpart “false” answers.
