  • Learning technology company eLearning Brothers released Lectora Desktop 21. Innovations include new modular development functionality to accelerate e-learning development and a redesigned user interface (UI) that improves authoring efficiency. The ModDev tools include: ready-made instructional design frameworks; mobile-ready themes and style packs; interactive wireframe templates; and a new library of templatized interactions
  • Encoder Inc launched a Kickstarter campaign for MemoryOS, a new app that is a hybrid between e-learning and an immersive 3D game. It’s an Edtech, software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that creates a structured storage space for greater recall to significantly reduce exam stress, easily pass tests, increase grades, and reduce study time. MemoryOS provides an interactive experience that allows learners control over what to remember. Users can easily add large amounts of storage space to their brain’s memory at will.   • Terranova Security, a security awareness training company, released its Global Dashboard functionality within the Terranova Security Awareness Platform. The release empowers organizations, as well as cyber security and risk management leaders, to leverage customizable, real-time analytics visualizations for improved data-driven decision-making. Featuring a flexible, widget-based interface, the Terranova Security Global Dashboard can be personalized to display an organization’s key security awareness training information. Using customizable filters, administrators can refine reporting data to focus on a specific department, geographical region, or any other pertinent user grouping. The dashboard feature also centralizes the reporting process and enables organizations to capture insights that gauge user behavior change.
