  • Pluralsight, Inc., a technology workforce development company, expanded its Pluralsight Skills with the addition of new lab-based hands-on learning experiences for cybersecurity, IT ops, and software development professionals, as well as a Certification Prep Center.
  • Genesys, a global cloud leader in customer experience (CX) orchestration, unveiled BeyondCX, an eLearning program for contact center employees and supervisors that teaches the soft skills needed to deliver empathetic, personalized experiences in today’s digital world. Formatted like a TV show, BeyondCX is a series of episodes that use video production, storytelling, and skills development techniques to immerse participants in the CX world.
  • Cypher Learning, a provider of learning platforms, released new features for its suite of learning management systems, including: new graphical dashboards and widgets to help visualize site and course activity, surveys, and hotspot question type for assessments.

Lorri Freifeld is the editor/publisher of Training magazine. She writes on a number of topics, including talent management, training technology, and leadership development. She spearheads two awards programs: the Training APEX Awards and Emerging Training Leaders. A writer/editor for the last 30 years, she has held editing positions at a variety of publications and holds a Master’s degree in journalism from New York University.
